Ken Thomas began practicing law in 2003.  Since then, Mr. Thomas has participated in numerous trial and arbitration/appraisal proceedings throughout the state of Florida and has represented thousands of homeowners, condominium associations, business owners and insurance companies in first-party insurance claim disputes.

Following his graduation from Florida State University at the top of his class, Ken Thomas moved to Tampa, Florida and joined a fast-paced civil litigation firm. He practiced a wide variety of law, ranging from catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice to bankruptcy, complex commercial litigation and estate planning. Mr. Thomas leveraged this knowledge and experience and co-founded Marshall Thomas Burnett P.L., which quickly grew to become one of the largest, first-party insurance litigation firms in the State of Florida.

In recent years, Ken Thomas has become involved in the international lodging and hospitality industry and has extensive experience in structuring international and domestic transactions, equity and debt relationships, due diligence and venture capital.  Mr. Thomas currently serves as Corporate Counsel and Chief Financial Officer of Cayman Vacation Rentals, LLC.  Mr. Thomas has played an integral role in developing this award-winning, global hospitality services company, which currently manages a multi-million dollar foreign portfolio.

He is married with a daughter and son and resides in Holiday, Florida.
